Stunning Sammamish
The timing could not have been better for this photo shoot. In the middle of one of our longest stretches of perfect PNW spring weather, I had the opportunity to drive out to the east side to photograph this beautiful Sammamish home. I put up the drone on this ideal blue sky day to capture some aerial views and luckily was just finishing up as a few local birds became interested in my aircraft. The interior had been meticulously staged and the backyard featured a meticulously maintained landscape. This home went pending within days of listing and it’s easy to see why. Congrats to agent Angie Carroll of Windermere Greenwood on the sale!
